Inger Pols graduated from Yale University and Columbia Business School and then spent a dozen years as a marketing executive before adopting a four-year-old boy and then a three-year-old girl from abroad. Inger returned to school to study nutrition and dietary theory to help teach these children, and she received certification as a holistic health coach. She serves as Editor New England Health Advisory, where she writes free health and wellness newsletters. Her now teenage kids are thriving and healthy and no longer suffer from migraines, allergies, colds, or flu, and she has helped thousands of people to achieve wellness and lasting change.
